Patrol Leaders Council
The Patrol Leaders Council consists of all troop positions (i.e. the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL), Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL), Scribe, Quartermaster, Patrol Leaders, Troop Guides, etc.). All 1st Class Scouts and above may attend and participate. They meet once a month to plan the troop meetings and outings and regular attendance for those holding a troop position is very important.
Program planning and execution is primarily the responsibility of the Patrol Leaders Council. The Troop Committee (comprised of adult volunteers) handles troop administration, finances, annual registration and advancement records. The Troop Committee provides the resources needed by the Patrol Leaders Council to run the Troop’s program.
